LATCOM was founded in 1984 by the late Dr. Charles 'Chuck' Ramsey. He and his wife, Jean, spent over 60 years in ministry together in Bolivia.

The REDES Program for church planting starts with building relationships (R) in the communities we work with. We do this by meeting needs these Chiquitano communities have in the Lomerio and around Concepcion.
