Happy Anniversary!

The following report comes to us from the Rojas and the ICF Team in Eastern Bolivia.

“We are celebrating 6 years of work in the Chiquitania of Eastern Bolivia!

This past Sunday, July 20th, we lived a very special time of joy and gratitude for God’s faithfulness. Six years ago, this story started with a seed that was planted in a small Chiquitano community outside of Concepción, Bolivia. Today we give God glory for that planted seed has resulted in an abundant harvest. From that small beginning we now have 8 active church planting outreaches going on weekly in various communities surrounding Concepción.

We remember with gratitude the entire process: planting in faith, watering with perseverance, and a resultant growth that only Christ could have brought about in these six long years.

As we celebrate, we wish to honor those servants of the Lord who have given much: National missionaries Onésimo y Elodia Rojas, Vicente y Isbania Castedo, and the REDES/ICF Team that God has raised up for his glory. We are grateful for their sacrificial and faithful service.

We also wish to recognize and honor the LATCOM Mission for their vision, unconditional support and dedication to seeing this work go forward.

Our prayer today is that the Lord would renew our strength, fill us with wisdom, and give us courage as we take on new challenges in the process of carrying the Gospel into this vast underreached area of Bolivia.

LATCOM wishes to thank all of our donors and prayer partners who make this possible.
