Playground Update

Here is the latest on the Coloradillo playground. They expect to dedicate it on December 19th when Omar and Ana and the LATCOM REDES Team will be out there to distribute Christmas Gifts to Chiquitano Children in about 12 communities. All that lacks is to paint it all and build the enclosed area around it.
