Why it's needed

The National School of Leadership, operated by EPLABOL, disciples and evangelizes the decision-makers of a nation: church leaders, businessmen, broadcast communicators, politicians and military and police leaders.

Seminars and courses are given in the areas of counseling, communications, time and money management, team building, and principle based leadership. In the year 2004, the National School of Leadership trained over 2,000 leaders in four major cities.

The school is run entirely by the Bolivian staff of EPLABOL. North American missionaries or speakers often are brought in to teach their in their area of expertise; the administration, publicity, and other key decisions are made by LATCOM’s National Workers, also known as the staff of EPLABOL.

Bolivia is known for its poverty and corruption, and these seminars are designed to combat these problems directly, using Christian-based leadership training.
