Doors open for strategic leadership training

For the past ten years with your financial help and prayers, LATCOM has focused much of our overseas work on the formation of leaders who can significantly impact their families, churches, communities, and nations with the Gospel and with a biblical world view. Beginning in the year 2000 God opened the doors for us to influence strategic secular leadership of Bolivia in the military, police, civic, education and business sectors.

At the same time we began placing a stronger emphasis on training church and lay leaders by giving them the tools that would enable them to more effectively lead their churches and influence the neighborhoods in which they live and work. The results have been spectacular, and on the way, we’ve been able to develop some very powerful teaching tools and materials in Spanish that we believe can be used in almost any setting.

In fact we were recently able to take some of these same materials to Hispanic leaders in the Boston, Massachusetts, and Providence, Rhode Island areas. We have further invitations to begin teaching them throughout New England to Hispanic churches and leaders beginning in October.

In a nutshell, God is opening the doors for us to have an even greater role in the formation of leaders throughout the Spanish speaking world. We currently train strategic leaders in three key areas... secular leaders, church leaders, and tribal leaders. The doors to reach these influential leaders are wide open.
